Jeremiah 17:11
The person who gets money dishonestly is like a bird that hatches eggs it didn’t lay. In the prime of life he will lose his riches, and in the end he is nothing but a fool.

  1. There is a balance here, that money is not evil, but “the love of money.” Of course, then our hearts ARE deceitfully wicked, and when God blesses with income, we must be VERY careful not to fall in love with His blessing!
